Before you email…

If you're stuck on something specific in the app — a purchase that didn't unlock, a missing course, a download that won't start — the help center probably has a step-by-step fix. It's faster than waiting on us.

If you've already tried that and it didn't work, please include:

• Your account email
• The course or lecture ID (if relevant)
• Device + OS version (e.g. "iPhone 15, iOS 18.2")
• A screenshot or screen recording, if possible

That cuts the back-and-forth dramatically.

For interviews, screenshots, founder bios, or instructor introductions, email press@ilearnit.info. We can usually turn around a press kit within 24 hours.

Are you an instructor?

If you teach classical guitar, piano, or violin at a conservatory or concert level and you're curious about teaching with us, write to instructors@ilearnit.info with a short CV and a sample of your teaching (a YouTube link is fine). We respond to every serious enquiry within two weeks.
