We're here when you need us.
Accounts & sign-in
How do I create an account?
Open the app, tap Sign up, enter your email and a password (8+ characters). You'll receive a verification email — confirm it to unlock purchase features.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, type your email and tap Forgot password? We'll email a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within five minutes.
Can I change my email address?
Yes — Profile → Settings → Account → "Change email". You'll need to verify the new address before sign-in works against it.
Purchases & billing
How do I buy a course?
Open the course detail page and tap Unlock for $X.XX. The platform purchase sheet (App Store on iOS, Play Store on Android) confirms the transaction. Once it completes, the button changes to "Continue course" and all lectures unlock.
Are purchases shared across devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account on a new device — your library appears automatically. If something is missing, use Profile → Restore purchases.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by the platform you bought through:
- iOS — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android — request from the Google Play app: My orders → the course → Request a refund.
Apple and Google typically grant refunds for purchases under 48 hours old or for unwatched content.
I bought a course but the lessons are still locked
Pull down on the course detail page to refresh, or restart the app. If lessons are still locked after a minute, go to Profile → Restore purchases. If that fails, contact us with your receipt email — we'll fix it manually.
Playback & downloads
The video won't play
Check your connection (the app needs ~3 Mbps for the standard quality). Force-close and reopen. If the problem persists, sign out and back in. We don't yet support offline video — that's coming in a future release.
Audio cuts out when I lock the screen
Background audio playback is on the roadmap. For now, keep the screen on (the player has an inactivity disable) or use the picture-in-picture mode where available.
How do I download sheet music?
Open the lecture, scroll to Resources, tap the download icon next to the file you want. The file goes to the app's Documents folder; on iOS, "Open" hands it off to Files / Preview, on Android to your default PDF / document viewer.
Instructors & content
Do you take requests?
Yes — email requests@ilearnit.info with the piece or repertoire you'd like to see. We can't promise everything, but we read every message and prioritize by demand.
I'm an instructor — how do I apply to teach on iLearnIt?
Send your CV + a teaching reel to instructors@ilearnit.info. We respond to every serious application within two weeks.
