Terms of service
These Terms govern your use of iLearnIt ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using our app or website, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@ilearnit.info immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access.
4. Purchases & refunds
Course purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Each purchase grants you a perpetual personal-use license to access the course content via the Service.
Refunds are handled by the respective platform under their policies. We do not process refunds directly.
5. Content & intellectual property
All courses, lectures, sheet music, audio, video, graphics, and software on the Service are owned by iLearnIt or our instructors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display Service content outside the app.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- Circumvent any technical protection measures.
- Use the Service to train machine-learning models without our explicit written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
- Upload malware or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app's Profile → Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms; we'll try to give you notice and an opportunity to fix the issue except where doing so would harm the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLearnIt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hanoi, Vietnam, for any disputes arising under these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
